At Alphaeshop Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Alphaeshop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
